WHY HAVEN HOMES?

Modern living … the traditional way.

If this sounds like a contradiction, then it is a contradiction that has defined our values since we were formed in 2002. These values are reflected in how we do business every day and in the homes we build.

All our homes are manufactured to our own exacting specification and are erected onsite by our team of professional builders and site management team to our own quality standard. All of our homes are NHBC approved.

At Haven, we do not build just build houses; we build homes and communities that reflect the local environment and the blend seamlessly into the landscape. All of our designs are sensitive to local planning concerns and combine contemporary exteriors with open plan interiors that reflect the way we live today.

Our team approach to home building founded on over 25 years of building experience is complemented by our ability to understand today’s market place and the needs of our customers.

Our timber frame construction design offers significant advantages over traditional brick construction, including:

Engineered Homes
Factory controlled conditions give rise to an accurate product which will have been subjected to rigorous quality control checks throughout the manufacturing procedure.

High Insulation
This allows for low running costs as well as the ability to exceed current building regulations.

Acoustic Performance
Specific sound performance levels can be accurately designed into the building thereby adhering to the customers required criteria. This allows for a more comfortable environment in which to live and work.

Environmentally Friendly
Leading experts agree that Timber Frame Construction is one of the most "energy efficient" forms of building, with savings of up to 30% when compared to traditional methods. Timber itself is a renewable harvested product which reduces Carbon Dioxide pollution.

Low Maintenance
Figures produced from the NI-113C indicate that Timber Frame buildings cost less to maintain than traditional built houses.
